We are grateful for the outpouring of support that we have received from our community and guests since the start of the tragic fires in California. Our deepest condolences go out to the families of our staff, guests, and residents of our beautiful state that have suffered as a result of these events. We hope to continue to be a source of peace for our community and are dedicated to redoubling our efforts of sustainability and support of local farmers, artisans, and other partnerships as we navigate through these changing times.
Over the past two weeks we have been working with professionally licensed crews to ensure that the resort is a safe and beautiful environment for our guests to enjoy. On Friday, September 11th, we will be initiating a partial reopening with select cabins and tent bungalow accommodations available to guests as well as the KOA campground. The General Store and the Cascade Restaurant and Bar (with a limited menu) will remain open for To-Go service in compliance with California’s Covid-19 regulations.
On Friday, September 18th, Costanoa will return to full operations. This will consist of all remaining accommodations opening for guests including our Lodge rooms and Cypress Village Tent Bungalows. The Cascade Restaurant and Bar will return to a full menu and Pine Tent will be open on weekends for the remainder of the season.
As the safety of our guests is paramount, our Spa and Hot Tub, Activities Department, Saunas, Playground, and Dog Park will remain closed due to Covid-19 regulations. Group meetings and events are still suspended and face mask and social distancing rules will continue to be in effect.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Costanoa.
