At Costanoa guests are invited to dine year round at our full service Cascade Restaurant + Bar or during the Spring through Fall months at our casual dining experience, Pine Tent. The food and drink at each location reflects our commitment to sustainability by working with local family farms, organic growers, and sustainable/fair trade producers in order to present you with fresh, delicious food made from the best and most responsibly sourced ingredients possible.
We pride ourselves on sourcing our produce and products locally. However, you cannot be more local than right here on our own property. Along with our amazing partnerships with local growers and producers, Costanoa proudly grows many of the vegetables and herbs that are used in our restaurants and catering services.
