Cascade’s menu is updated seasonally to include freshly harvested ingredients from nearby farms as well as Costanoa’s own organic farm, so please check back with us to see what’s new.
No outside food or drink is permitted in Cascade with the exception of wine with corkage fee $25 per 750ml limited to wines not presented on our wine list.

Chef Mo L’Esperance is a California native who grew up at the beach. It is only fitting she would go on to cook with a passion for seafood and sustainable sourcing. After training at some of San Francisco’s best restaurants, Chef Mo first became Costanoa’s executive chef from 2013-2015. From here she moved to wine country leading food and beverage for The Lodge at Tiburon and L’Auberge Sonoma. Returning in 2018 as our Food and Beverage Director, while still leading the kitchen in both Cascade and Pine Tent, we welcome back her creative take on dining, passion for working with small farmers and sustainable sourcing to fuel our scratch kitchens.
